For $26.99, the Lovehoney Curved is the most affordable vibrating dildo on this list. Don’t get us wrong, we reviewed cheaper models, but none came close to the build quality and effectiveness. The non-anatomically correct product is made from high-quality silicone material, making it durable and easy to clean. In addition, the curved build and tapered shape significantly simplify penetration while promoting a gentle stretching experience. The best part is that you get all these features for a small price tag of $26.99, a massive bargain.

The team thought the non-anatomical design made it the perfect vibrating dildo for different users. Most products are made to look like a penis, with a veined shaft and rounded head, but this one sought to be different, making it more dynamic. Its pink color can be problematic for some people, but the overall design makes it ideal for different users.

Something else about the design that made the Lovehoney dildo stand out was the well-curved body (Image above). Combining a tapered shape and a curved shape makes it easy to target the elusive G-spot or P-Spot, thus amplifying the quality of sensations. Once we discovered we would review the We-Vibe Rave 2, the team was excited to test and see if the stimulations met expectations. Something else that stood out was the impressive versatility. Its compatibility with the We-Vibe app offers more possibilities than the built-in control buttons. Everything from creating and saving patterns for later use to syncing with music for a hands-free experience, there’s something for everyone. The smartphone application also lets you connect Rave 2 with compatible We-Vibe toys for real-time immersion. Other features that pointed to versatility include the waterproof design that made the toy ideal for users seeking to take the fun to the next level with aquatic play. Our testers also loved the adjustable hinge on the redesigned dildo because it made it easy to target specific points inside the vagina while also enhancing the wearer’s comfort.

Like other We-Vibe toys we reviewed, the vibrating dildo’s build quality was phenomenal. We loved the designer’s choice of material because the all-silicone body felt magical. In addition, there was an outstanding balance, ensuring the material was cozy enough for extended wear without being too squishy to dampen the quality of sensations. We-Vibe’s attention to detail was evident from the get-go, with the twisty design and asymmetrical body simplifying the user experience.

Note: Unlike the Lovense app, we experienced some lags with the We-Vibe, especially during the initial setup. It took a while to get everything going, but things became seamless after disconnecting and connecting the toy several times.

Minor issues we found during testing:

Although the dual-motor design was an incredible addition, people who must have simultaneous internal and external stimulation will find the dildo a bit limiting. We couldn’t find a way to get to the external part of the clitoris with the second motor.

If you’re in the market for a simplistic yet effective thrusting dildo that vibrates, the Velvet Thruster Mini Teddy is your best bet. The self-propelling model pushes up to 2.5″ forward, so you won’t have to stroke it manually. This way, you can do more with your hands, including using a clit stimulator or focusing on other body parts for more intense and wholesome sensations.

Unlike the other devices we tested for the category, the thruster was more straightforward to regulate, and the back-and-forth movements mimicked natural motion during sex. In addition, our testers loved the well-thought-out dimensions because they made it ideal for different users. “The 5-inch long shaft and 1.5″ diameter made for the perfect thrusting dildo for beginners and experienced folks,” says Angela Kempf. “And unlike other products with a rugged stem, Mini Teddy felt squishy enough for extended use.”

Note: Mini Teddy is a massive product, and even with self-thrusting, it’s impossible to achieve hands-free sessions because you still have to hold onto it.

The dual-function dildo offered a mix of self-thrusting and vibration patterns. Its deep and rumbly vibrations felt above average, and even at the lowest settings, you could feel the tremor gradually building up. In addition, the well-measured thrusting provided a pathway to a successful self-pleasuring experience.

More importantly, the vibrating motor churned out up to 128 strokes per minute, and with six settings to choose from, customizing the experience was bliss. “The vibrating dildo’s impressive range of six intensity settings made it perfect for beginners and experienced folks,” reinforces Sandra Larson. “Combining self-thrusting with multiple vibration speeds made for an incredibly satisfying experience.”

As you can see in the image above, the realistic design was another highlight of the review. The team loved how organic it looked to the eyes, with the veiny shaft and bulbous head mimicking the looks of a human penis. Its tapered build and rounded head significantly simplified penetration and enhanced gradual stretching, while the well-defined corona further improved the aesthetics.

Lastly, the versatile Mini Teddy featured a robust suction cup base (I demonstrate it above on a window). It certainly wasn’t the strongest of the models we tested (Mission 2 above is stronger), but it held on well on multiple surfaces, including the bathroom walls. Minor issues we found during testing:

While the density wasn’t as stiff as other models we tested, people with extra sensitive skin will find it uncomfortable, especially after extended use.

There was a whirring sound from the thrusting action, and people living in a shared space might find it a bit annoying. It almost sounded like an old sewing machine, the last thing you want coming out of your bedroom in a shared house.

In addition, the curved build and tapered shape significantly simplify penetration while promoting a gentle stretching experience. The best part is that you get all these features for a small price tag of $26.99, a massive bargain.

The team thought the non-anatomical design made it the perfect vibrating dildo for different users. Most products are made to look like a penis, with a veined shaft and rounded head, but this one sought to be different, making it more dynamic. Its pink color can be problematic for some people, but the overall design makes it ideal for different users.

Something else about the design that made the Lovehoney dildo stand out was the well-curved body (Image above). Combining a tapered shape and a curved shape makes it easy to target the elusive G-spot or P-Spot, thus amplifying the quality of sensations. Once we discovered we would review the We-Vibe Rave 2, the team was excited to test and see if the stimulations met expectations.
